Having‌ ‌worked‌ ‌in‌ ‌communications‌ ‌and‌ ‌marketing‌ ‌with‌ ‌Fortune‌ ‌500‌ ‌companies,‌ ‌universities,‌ ‌nonprofit‌ ‌and‌ ‌military‌ ‌organizations‌ ‌for‌ ‌over ‌20‌ ‌years,‌ ‌Eugenia Gardner Consulting was launched ‌in‌ ‌2013.‌ ‌The consultancy offers strategic ‌communications, marketing, community engagement,‌  ‌public‌ ‌relations‌ and community engagement services to individuals, organizations and communities.

‌Eugenia‌ ‌is‌ ‌the‌ ‌recipient‌ ‌of‌ ‌a‌ ‌U.S.‌ ‌Air‌ ‌Force‌ ‌Civilian‌ ‌Achievement‌ ‌Medal‌ ‌for‌ ‌her‌ ‌work‌ ‌with‌ ‌the‌ ‌U.S.‌ ‌Space‌ ‌Command‌ ‌and‌ ‌U.S.‌ ‌Air‌ ‌Force‌ ‌Family‌ ‌Quality‌ ‌of‌ ‌Life‌ ‌&‌ ‌Resilience‌ ‌programs.‌ Eugenia ‌holds‌ ‌professional‌ ‌coaching‌ ‌certification‌ ‌from‌ ‌the‌ ‌CaPP‌ ‌Institute‌ ‌and‌ ‌Veteran‌ ‌Women‌ ‌Igniting‌ ‌the‌ ‌Spirit‌ ‌of‌ ‌Entrepreneurship‌ ‌(V-WISE) at‌ ‌Syracuse‌ ‌University.‌ ‌ Eugenia‌ ‌holds‌ ‌a‌ ‌PhD‌ ‌in‌ ‌public‌ ‌policy‌ ‌from‌ ‌the‌ ‌Union‌ ‌Institute‌ ‌and‌ ‌University.‌

Eugenia serves on the Educational and Charitable Foundation Board of Directors. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

‌In‌ ‌her‌ ‌spare‌ ‌time,‌ ‌Eugenia‌ ‌enjoys‌ ‌producing‌ ‌oral‌ ‌history‌ ‌projects,‌ ‌gardening,‌ ‌baking,‌ ‌traveling,‌ ‌writing,‌ ‌practicing‌ ‌yoga,‌ ‌cycling,‌ ‌and‌ ‌taking‌ ‌long‌ ‌walks‌ ‌with‌ ‌her‌ ‌husband,‌ Colonel‌ ‌Elvert‌ ‌L.‌ ‌Gardner,‌ ‌USAF,‌ ‌and‌ ‌their‌ ‌dog Bourbon.
